Have you ever munched on a banana and wondered why they’re curved? The answer to that question is that bananas grow towards the sun. Yes, the reason a banana is curved is that it’s trying to get as much sunlight as possible. It seems like a bit of an extreme to go to, but there’s nothing that a banana won’t do to work on its suntan. You would be curved too if you spent your entire life trying to get as many rays from the sun as possible. This is even more surprising considering that a banana is yellow sun color after it has become fully ripe.
